大隊接力
Team Relay

每隊派出五名隊員-接力賽跑,使用A4紙作為接力棒(用手掌推著紙張前進),依序傳遞給下一位隊友至全隊完賽。 掉棒需自己撿起再繼續(不可他人代撿)。

 

The Mission: A relay race where an A4 sheet of paper serves as the "baton."

The Rules: Participants must push the paper forward using only their palms. Pass the paper to the next teammate until all members have completed the course. If the paper is dropped, the runner must pick it up by themselves to continue (no assistance from others allowed).

每隊派出八名隊員-按照順序排列與另一組隊伍進行比賽爭奪3顆放在場地中央的球。 依裁判喊出的號碼,相對應的隊員搶球得分(例如:裁判喊3、5,兩隊的3號5號同時衝到中間搶球)

 

Setup: Team members line up in numerical order. There are 3 balls placed in the center of the field. The Mission: Compete against the opposing team to claim the balls. The Rules: When the referee calls numbers (e.g., 3 or/and 5), the team members assigned those numbers must rush to the center to grab a ball.

每隊派出六名隊員-依序完成三個挑戰項目(距離皆為100M),

抵達終點後下一組才能出發

1. 當我們綁在一起:N位隊員相鄰雙腳綁在一起、一起到達終點。

2. 各司其職:一位隊員兩二手撐地,雙腿將由另一位隊友抬起,

一起到達終點。

3. 袂丟下你:一位隊員背著另一位隊員一起到達終點。

Setup: The team of 6 is divided into 3 pairs. Each pair must complete a 100M segment. The next pair can only start after the previous pair reaches the finish line.

Stage 1: Bound Together: Adjacent teammates must have their inner legs tied together and move to the finish line as one unit. Stage 2: The Wheelbarrow: One teammate walks on their hands while the other holds their legs, moving together to the finish line.

Stage 3: Carry the Load: One teammate carries the other on their back, moving together to the finish line.

呼拉圈挑戰
Hula Hoop Challenge

每隊派出八名隊員-手牽手排成一直線,呼拉圈從第一人傳到最後一人,必須「穿過身體」傳遞,最後一人需將呼拉圈投擲套到角錐上。

 

Setup: Stand in a straight line, holding hands.

The Mission: Pass the hula hoop from the first person to the last. The hoop must travel through the team members' bodies (participants must step through the hoop).

Goal: The final person must successfully toss the hoop onto the target cone to finish!

注意事項:

1. 競賽以安全為優先,務必確實熱身及注意與他人的碰撞。

2. 現場將備有醫藥箱、運動飲料與點心供使用。食物/飲料僅能在場邊使用,操場、跑道上禁止飲食。

3. 請穿著適合運動服裝,並備齊毛巾、水;現場有飲水機可以補充。

5. 若飄雨活動將照常舉辦;若大雨導致活動需要取消,我們會在主日聚會中報告。

1. Safety First: Please warm up properly and be mindful of your surroundings to avoid collisions.
2. Supplies: A First Aid kit, sports drinks, and light snacks will be provided on-site. Please do not eat or drink on or inside the track.
3. What to Bring: Please bring your own towel and water bottle (a water dispenser is available), and wear comfortable sportswear.
4. Weather: if there is light rain, the event will continue, but in the case of pouring rain, we will announce during Sunday service to notify folks of the cancellation.
