SMALL GROUPS
Small Groups are the life of our church and the key to our growth as individuals. Small Groups meet weekly Tuesday – Saturday throughout Taipei. Each group meets for about 2 hours; we know people are busy, so our groups make sure to start and end on time.
The Small Group gathering usually begins with refreshments and socializing, followed by a discussion focused on life application of the Bible. If you’re visiting a Small Group, you can participate in the discussion as much or as little as you’d like. Groups end the evening by taking some time to pray for one another.
How do you find the right group for you?
Here’s what we’ve found works best for most people:
If you’ve come to Roots with a friend, and they’re in a group already, ask if you can visit theirs. If their group’s location or demographic doesn’t work well for you, see if your friend can help you find a group that might be a better fit.
All our small groups are open, so we suggest you try out a few groups and find one that fits you well and has potential for developing friendship. If you’re visiting for the first time, it’s best to contact the group leader to verify where the group will be meeting that week.
